Connected CMMS

Tickets, after-sales, conversations, processing workflow — driven directly by the IoT data coming from the machines. In IOT Express, a support ticket is a discussion embedded in the vehicle’s context that brings together the right people, both at the manufacturer and at the operator. Thanks to this architecture, the full history of an equipment’s issues and the actions taken builds up over time and stays available at any moment.

Field mobile app

Rendering parity with the web: configured dashboards are immediately usable on mobile. QR scan, deep links and push notifications. With its built-in chat scoped to each piece of equipment, IOT Express puts an end to the endless, unstructured WhatsApp threads — no more wrong recipients or conversations mixing several topics.

AI support & predictive maintenance

An AI assistant integrated into the CMMS (ticket summary, suggested reply, diagnostic summary) that draws on a knowledge base continuously enriched by every support ticket, plus early detection of abnormal behaviour that precedes failures.

Yes. Thanks to generic CAN frame decoding and support for multiple protocols, IOT Express is multi-brand and agnostic: it unifies a fleet of different brands and generations, where most telematics solutions remain single-brand and proprietary.

The CAN Connect® gateway can go down to one measurement every 20 ms, to capture the fastest phenomena.

It means the cloud does not only receive data: you can also send commands, which are then transmitted onto the CAN bus of the equipment concerned. These commands can be sent periodically, on a schedule — for example to stop or start a system at predefined times.
