Our deployment methodology
Only one mandatory step — the POC, always first. After that, each value building block stands on its own: we go after the return on investment where it is, as fast as possible.
We always start here
POC — proof with 2 or 3 machines
Connecting 2 or 3 of your products — often R&D prototypes whose operation needs validating. Over about 3 months, we build the monitoring dashboards and set up remote control where needed. For example starting and stopping a product based on a time slot, thanks to our machine-state calendar.
Then the value building blocks, in any order you like
None is a prerequisite for the others. We start with the one that creates the most value for you.
After-sales & remote diagnostics
Extending connectivity to more equipment, with an after-sales and remote-diagnostics focus to reduce and better prepare on-site visits.
Ticket management
Integrated ticketing and discussions: centralise requests, track interventions and keep the history of exchanges in one place.
Test benches
Integration of the tests run on end-of-line test benches, to historise the data and the test results.
